Do you support existing Microsoft 365 accounts?

What does small business cyber security actually involve?
The essentials done consistently: multi-factor authentication, strong account policies, patched systems, business-grade antivirus, email filtering, backups and a little staff awareness. We set these up and keep them enforced through our managed IT support.
Is Microsoft 365 data backed up by Microsoft?
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft keeps the service running but does not protect you from deleted mailboxes, overwritten files or ransomware — we add a separate Microsoft 365 backup as part of our business data backup service.
